The Problem

Sellers home was built in 1964, was in its original condition and didn’t show well.

The Solution

Our team customized a pre-list strategy, which included new paint, ripping out all of the original carpet and polishing the beautiful original hardwood floors. We brought in our home staging company to highlight features in the home and its original mid-century charm. We met the appraiser at the property to negotiate the purchase price.

The Results

Over 300 showings in 5 days, resulting in 51 offers. We negotiated and closed $141K over asking price and our client set record price for the neighborhood,
all with no appraisal issues.

Seller found their dream home but weren’t prepared by having their current home listed for sale.

The Solution

We successfully negotiated their offer on their dream home before their current home was listed for sale. We created a customized strategy for how to sell their home and close on their replacement property. We used 3D video and photography to highlight the home and highly desirable community.

The Results

Home across the street from our clients just sold at $640K. Clients needed to sell their home for no less than $650K.

The Solution

Compiled a list of all upgrades done to the home. We met appraiser at the property and negotiated being in escrow $40K over the home that just sold across the street. Hired top photographer that specializes in twilight photos to capture the beautiful canyon view and sunset from the backyard.

The Results

Our customized pre-marketing plan brought 200 buyers to the home, 20 offers and clients sold their home for $670K ($40K over the homes across the street) and had no appraisal issues.
